A New Modular Building for Potters Bar Football Academy
D C Modular Construction Ltd is currently designing, manufacturing, and installing a new modular building for Potters Bar Football Academy in Hertfordshire, providing dedicated space for teaching, training, administration and day-to-day academy operations.
The building has been designed around the academy's specific requirements and will include a classroom and training room, manager's office, administration office, kitchen, toilet facilities and storeroom. Bringing these different functions together within one purpose-built modular building will provide the academy with practical space that can support both its educational and football activities.
We are managing the project through the manufacturing process, with the completed building progressing towards delivery and installation in Potters Bar.

The building is currently in manufacture, and this case study will be updated as the project moves through its next stages.
Future updates will show the continued manufacturing process, completion of the internal and external elements, preparation for transport and, once ready, the building's delivery and installation in Potters Bar.
